Here at Must Be Nice Customs we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you have any questions or need any assistance with your product please give us a call. Our team is available for guidance in installation and care of all of our goods and customs part orders.

 

There are a few things that need to be considered when attempting to return goods or parts that you have ordered:

 

Non-Custom Orders

 

  • You have 30 days to return an order to Must Be Nice Customs, LLC 
  • Please make sure that all items are re-packed appropriately in its original packaging and in unused condition.
  • You will need to purchase the proper amount of shipping insurance when shipping your order back to us.
  • Must Be Nice Customs will not be responsible for damage or loss when shipping back your items. We will process refunds upon receipt and inspection of goods as long as they are returned in the correct manner, are not used and are not damaged.
  • Once items have been returned and inspected we will issue a full refund minus all shipping and restocking fees for non-custom items. If your item is found to be in poor condition Must Be Nice Customs reserves the right to refuse the return and will invoice any return shipping back to you once we have documented the details of the item.

 

 

Custom Orders

Parts such as King Shock Kits, Stabilizer Kits, Amp Step Mount Kits or any other custom fabricated parts that require paint, powder coat or modifications for your application are Non-Refundable unless there is a warrantied manufacturer defect.

 

  •  Warranty related defects do not include crash damage, abuse, modified and/or use of  parts, lack of maintenance or incorrect supplied dimensions and or specifications on custom orders. The user shall be responsible in determining the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.

 

 

We are here to provide support in any way possible and will assist you in trouble shooting aftermarket parts installations when needed. We offer a unique line of products that are specifically designed and manufactured by companies who stand by their products and provide exceptional customer service. If there is a warranty issue we will step in and coordinate with the manufacturer in every way to make sure your claim is handled appropriately.

All accepted returns will be processed by providing invoice number, name, phone number. Once your return request has been received you will need to follow the package guidelines provided above and ship to:

No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No returns on Custom Orders. No cash refunds. Warranty issues need to be handled swiftly and will require returning to the manufacture so please provide as much information as possible. Their engineers will review all parts and information. Must Be Nice Customs, LLC will not accept liability or responsibility for non-warrantied parts or damaged caused by improper installation or maintenance provided by another shop. Eligible returns are subject to store credit and a 20% restocking fee.
