What Is a Dual Idler?
Perfection doesnt happen overnight. Thats why our dual idler gear portals are built differently. By adding a second idler gear in the portal box; the load spreads over more surface area; giving you more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set overall. Of course; two gears are useless if they dont mesh perfectly—thats why we use precision CNC grinding and ultra-strong 9310 steel.

GDP Portal Gear Lifts are made for every riding style. Dunes; mud; trails; or work—theres a setup that fits. Choose a 15% gear reduction for speed or a 30% for max torque and big tires. Add dual idler gears for serious strength that can handle whatever you throw at it.
