What is a Dual Idler?
Perfection takes time. After years of research and development; weve made our dual idler gear portals unlike any other. By placing a second idler gear in the portal box; the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler gears dont do a thing if theyre not mated perfectly; though. Precision CNC grinding ensures ours do. Our gears are made from the industrys toughest 9310 steel alloy.

Get the Power to Conquer any Terrain
A gear reduction changes how your ride performs on different terrain. Choose 30% for faster speeds with plenty of torque. If you have larger tires and tackle tough trails; go with 45% to get extra power and control. Construct the ultimate mudder with a 60% gear drop; and maximize its torque by adding dual idler gears.

The given tires sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub; larger tire sizes can be used.

• 18 or larger wheel required
• 18 wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2 backspacing 
• 20 and larger wheels cannot exceed 5 backspacing
• Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25 (82.55mm) or require a 1 wheel spacer
