We start with 4340 chromoly steel from end to end and finish it with a proprietary heat treatment. This gives every axle superior tensile strength and remarkable fatigue resistance. It means you can pile on the miles; hit rough trail sections; and stay confident that your axle is up for the challenge.

Big suspension kits call for big articulation—and thats no problem for Rhino 2.0. Our CV joints are engineered to operate safely at high angles without building excess heat. Combine that with maximized internals; and youve got an axle that runs smoother and lasts longer even when you push your machine to the limit.
