What makes RackBoss 2.0 so good at preventing slop? Its engineered with X24 Tech—heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack that remove play from the internals. Reducing play also keeps the tension spring nearly motionless. With little to no unintended internal movement; this rack can turn massive tires through heavy rides and hard hits and still stay in like-new condition for years longer than the next best rack. And with the built-in grease fitting; you can push fresh grease through after you go deep in mud or water.

Our steel swaged tube tie rods are lightweight but strong. Our swaged design significantly improves the strength of the 7/8 diameter tubing.
