It puts heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce internal play and keep the tension spring nearly motionless. That makes it easy to run massive tires on huge lifts across the most treacherous terrain without wrecking your rack. Plus; the built-in grease fitting makes it easy to keep everything running smooth.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our swaged tube tie rods are lightweight but tough. Their signature flare-out design boosts their strength beyond what the 7/8 diameter tubing could achieve otherwise. Theyre made even tougher with our beefed-up tie rod ends. Our heim joint outer tie rod ends use 3/4 rod threads; and our rebuildable inner ball and sockets use 3/4 rod threads along with 16 mm rack threads. Theyre as tough as they come.

For a beefy tie rod setup; you want to go with solid steel bar tie rods. Theyre made with 1 diameter steel bars that are paired with bigger; better tie rods youll love—3/4 outer heim joint tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4 rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
